GCES: Eurhythmics: Unlocking the Inner Musician

This session is based on Dalcroze Eurhythmics: an experiential way of knowing music through the body. In this hands-on workshop, we ditch the chairs and engage in dynamic activities that foster a deep connection between musical concepts and the body. More than just clapping the beat, we involve the whole body, tapping into our innate sense of musicianship.

This approach helps with pulse, rhythm, phrasing, form, dynamics, ensemble, improvisation, and more!
